Hi, I’m 31 most call me Biz and have recently relocated to Wollongong to base myself here longer-term.

I work in outdoor education and programs, so my weeks are a mix of early starts, time outside, and then fairly quiet evenings. Home for me is a reset space — cooking, a bit of music, tea on the couch, or working on a small creative project rather than a party house.

I’m tidy and practical to live with. I clean as I go, stay on top of shared areas, and naturally help with the running of a house (bins, lawns, small fixes, keeping things organised). I’m also handy with tools and cars, so I tend to notice and sort problems early rather than letting them build up.

Socially I’m friendly and enjoy a chat or shared dinner sometimes, but I also respect people’s space and routines. I’ve lived in small communities and share houses for years, so I value clear communication and a calm, considerate household.

Ideally I’m looking for somewhere warm and stable with people who care about the home they live in — a place that feels comfortable to come back to at the end of the day.
