Ana and Kit

Hi my name is Ana, and along with my friend Kit we are currently looking for one other person to be our roommate within the Balwyn, Box Hill and Blackburn area. We are moving to that area as it is closer to our work, and has a strong PTV connection. We are not a couple; we are just looking to move in together and are finding that the best options are 3-person bedroom houses.

About Kit, 25 (They/Them)
- Recent fashion graduate
- I am currently working 4 days a week
- I love sewing projects, role- playing games and nature
- I have a partner that would visit around three times a week

- We are both clean and tidy people that are respectful. Our previous roommates are happy to be our references.
- We enjoy having clear structure, so that everyone has a fair number of responsibilities.
- We often cook for each other; however, we understand if you would like to be independent.
- We are fine with having people over, as we are both social people. However, we do not want constant parties or anything that could cause damage to the property.
- You must be LGBTQIA friendly. No smoking or hard drugs. Open to pets.

We want to move ASAP, but are happy to get a place now and wait until you have moved in to begin splitting the rent. We also have a fridge, washing machine, tv and a couch to share.
