Ana and Kit

Hi my name is Ana, and along with my friend Kit we are currently looking for one other person to be our roommate within the Balwyn, Box Hill and Blackburn area. We are moving to that area as it is closer to our work. We are looking at 3-person bedroom houses/units where we can create a relaxing space.

About Me, 26 (she/her)
- Recent graduated Fashion Design
- I am currently doing a denim internship, and I work 3 days a week.
- I love all things creative, films and the outdoors

About Kit, 25 (they/them)
- Recently graduated Fashion Design, now working making mascots.
- I am currently working 4 days a week
- I love working on creative projects, going to my friends place to play DnD and going to the pool
- I have a partner who would visit around three times a week

- We are both clean and respectful people. Our previous housemates are happy to give a reference if needed.
- We enjoy having clear communication and working together as a house, so that responsibilities are shared equally.
- We often share meals and love a movie night but totally understand if that's not your thing.
- We are happy with having people over, as we are both social people. But also need quiet time to chill and relax in our space.
- You must be LGBTQIA friendly. We're both non-smoking and don't do hard drugs. Open to pets.

We want to move ASAP, but are happy to get a place now and wait until you have moved in to begin splitting the rent. We also have a fridge, washing machine, tv and a couch to share.
