I’m Ben, 25 years old, originally from the UK, and currently living in Sydney while completing my Masters Degree in Law at the University of Sydney.

I’m a clean, tidy and respectful person, and I really value a quiet, comfortable home to come back to. I’m friendly and sociable, but I’m also pretty independent and mindful of others’ routines.

I currently live in Erskineville, however as my housemate is moving abroad soon, I am looking to move to a quieter area hopefully near the water.

I also work part-time as a Paralegal in the CBD and do a couple of weekend shifts bartending at a pub in The Rocks, so I’m out and about quite a bit during the week. Hence, I would like somewhere quiet and nearby to rest while I'm not busy.
