Hi! I’m a 22-year-old business student at UWA entering my final year and beginning my professional career. I’m looking for a place to call home with one or two like-minded flatmates in a central location that’s convenient for both university and work.

I’m friendly, approachable, and always happy to chat or share the occasional meal, but I also respect personal space and enjoy a calm, tidy living environment. I take pride in being clean, considerate, and easy to live with, and you can count on me to pay rent on time and help keep the household running smoothly.

I’m fully prepared to move in immediately, with bond and two weeks’ rent ready to go. Ideally, I’m seeking a private room in a welcoming household where everyone values comfort, respect, and a positive atmosphere.
