Hi!
I'm Mattia (30), an Australian/Italian dual citizen and Professional Engineer registered at Engineers Australia. I’ve just relocated to Melbourne for a long-term project and am looking for a long term room-accomodation.

Why I'm a great fit:
• Lifestyle & Vibe: I work full-time (remote) on an afternoon shift (2pm–10pm), so I’m naturally quiet in the mornings and evenings. I’m independent and happy doing my own thing (gym, cooking, reading), but I’m definitely up for a chat or a shared meal/drink now and then. I think the best houses are those where you can have a laugh together but also respect each other's downtime.
• Share House Experience: I’ve lived in shared houses for years. I value clear communication, actually sticking to cleaning rosters, and paying bills on time.
• Partner: My girlfriend studies at Swinburne and lives in uni accommodation. She has her own home base, so I won’t be bringing a "full-time extra housemate," though we do like to catch up occasionally during the week or weekends (she's a great italian amateur chef!)
• Stability: I am financially stable with long-term job and strong savings (proof of funds ready).

Logistics:
I am available for inspections any morning between 8am and 12pm (Mon-Fri) or anytime this weekend. I have the bond and first month's rent ready to go immediately.
