Moving up to the Gold Coast. Have recently sold my cocktail bar I owned in Melbourne, Lygon Street that I ran for 2-3 years, looking to extend the brand while working hospitality or returning to personal training.

I’m generally out of the house most hours as I skate, do music and work evenings, but respect whoever I’m living with, if they need their own space or a shared space we can kick it and have a coffee, wine or cocktail. I’m very easy to live with and am extremely tidy given my work.

Can pretty much get along with everyone so I have no preference of housemates, as long as we have a similar vibe and respect for the house/each other.
