Hey! I'm Erin,

👋 I'm an American, in my 30s, and I have recently moved to Sydney after 11 years in San Francisco (SF). I am taking the next couple of months to meet people, network, and job search, so I can be here longer term.

👀 What I'm looking for: I'm open to living on my own or living with housemates. I have done both and am happy either way! I'm easy going, responsible, and low-maintenance. Over my years in SF I've lived both with roommates and on my own, managed subtenants and roommate contracts, and held my own lease as an individual renter for 5+ years. I have furnished all of my previous homes myself (I love interior design) so I understand the investment people make in their spaces. I know how to be a considerate renter and take care of people's homes.

🏄🏻‍♀️ A bit about me: I'm active (yoga, pilates, currently learning to surf), love finding hidden music venues, enjoy a good morning walk with a coffee, and I love to knit (yes, like a little old granny). I have an arts background, so I love meeting people who have creative outlets they are passionate about.

✨ Home life: I don't smoke and I'm a very infrequent social drinker. If it's a shared home and it's more of a party house vibe that's great, it just might not be the best fit for me. Please be transparent about this up front. 🐾 I also love dogs! I have done dog care in SF for a few years now and am happy to be in a home with furry friends.

🎨 Work life: I work in tech/IT (10+ years) with a focus in brand and creative — recently finished a brand project with Salesforce for their global rebrand. Feel free to take a look at my LinkedIn.
