I’m Vietnamese and studying at ACU Fitzroy.
I’m looking for a furnished private room in a female-only home, ideally within the 300–500pw range including bills. Preferred areas: CBD, Carlton, East Melbourne, or Kew, close to public transport.
A bit about me — I’m clean, tidy, and generally quiet at home. I keep a steady routine and spend most of my time out studying, working, or doing my own things, so I’m very respectful of space and shared areas. I do meal prep every few days and keep common spaces neat.
I’m easygoing and considerate. A little shy at first, but friendly and always happy for a chat or occasional hangout. I value a calm, comfortable, drama-free household.
Planning to stay around 7–8 months (late May 2026 – Feb 2027).
