Hey, I'll be a Southern Cross University student from March in Coolangatta, so I would conveniently like to be around this area. Ideally, I am after a calm environment, surrounded by nature or plants, with preferably 30+ years old roommates, mindful people who have a similar lifestyle than mine : waking up early, enjoy cooking, surfing/ocean lovers, yoga/reading/music, definitely not a party person. I am always keen to share a coffee or a drink with good talks, and I value personal/me time. I would love to find a room in a charming house with an outdoor space/view and I am flexible on the moving date.
