I’m a 43-year-old working full-time looking for a calm, clean, good-energy room around the Inner West ideally Newtown area.
Looking to move from 20 March or later. Budget around $450 per week.

Unfurnished is great, or somewhere with decent storage as I do have some belongings. ( again not a deal breaker)
About me, I work full-time, I’m pretty independent and usually out and about, so I’m not someone who’s home 24/7.
I’m social and enjoy a chat, but I also really respect personal space and downtime.
Big on peaceful environments.
I’m getting into art lately, love music and movies, and I’m just looking for a stable, drama-free home where everyone feels comfortable.
Occasional visitors would be great (not a party house situation)
