Hi, we are Juren & Calvin!

We are two friendly and reliable Germans who moved to Perth about six months ago. We both work full-time and live a quiet, structured lifestyle. In our free time, we enjoy cooking, going to the gym, spending time outdoors and relaxing with a good movie.

Because we work quite a lot, we’re looking for our own peaceful and tidy place where we can unwind after long working days. We are very respectful, clean and organised, and we truly value a calm and comfortable home environment.

We don’t smoke, we don’t party, and we always treat a home as if it were our own. We’re financially stable, pay rent on time, and are looking for a long-term place to settle in.
