Hi, my name is Victor, an international student from Liaoning, China, who has received an offer from Monash University. My campus is located in Caulfield, so I want the commuting time from my room to school to be between 5 and 20 minutes (including taking public transport). I need a bed to sleep in, which is necessary. I prefer that the place I live in has a refrigerator, gas, and air conditioning. My hobby is playing video games, and my favorite is Minecraft; I will wear my headphones when I'm playing video games. I also cook occasionally, and after finishing, I clean up.
I don't drink alcohol, smoke, or keep pets. If my roommates want to drink and smoke, I hope they won't affect me. I'm afraid of cats and dogs and don't accept free range pets.
I need a separate room that values personal privacy and does not want others to enter my room without my invitation.
