Hi,

My name is Jacob, nice to e-meet you!

I'm a 26 year old queer creative looking for a place to call home in the inner-west. I've lived in Sydney since 2019, in multiple sharehouses over the years, so it's safe to say I know how to navigate the world of shared living.

I'm tidy, love a routine, and value clean living areas. I also love my own space but, at the same time, I would really love to become friends with the people I live with. Enjoying an occasional late-night chat, binge-watch, and board game night.

In my spare time, I like to go to the gym, work on various creative sidequests, and hang out with friends.

In saying that, I'm pretty social, I am respectful of people's needs, having shared houses with various individuals over the years.

I come with a washing machine, house plants, fridge, couch, dining table, and assortment of kitchen ware, however, I can sell these if they are not needed.
