My partner and I are currently looking for a rental and are ideally hoping to move in from the beginning of April, with a budget of up to $525 per week.

I am currently completing my PhD while also working part-time. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, reading, and playing tennis. My partner, Belle, works full-time at a school while finishing her degree in Primary Education. She enjoys painting, swimming, and exploring the outdoors.

We are both very tidy, house-proud, and reliable with bills. We take good care of the places we live and value a quiet and respectful home environment.
