Hello

I am looking for an unfurnished room to rent with just 1 other person (prefer 1) or 2 at max.
Ensuite preferred if possible and own split system in room.
I am 30 single no pets non smoker.
Quiet clean respectful and pretty introverted and mostly keep to myself and would prefer people who are similar or respectful of space and boundaries.
I wouldnt be ok with people going through my space ans vice versa.
I can be social but again mostly in my own routine and stick to myself .
I am not after an enviornment drama drugs or parties but open for the occasional gatherings .
Ideally prefer just living with a female and male or all female but only again 2 other people .
I am studying currently and can provide references and ledgers.
Aside of that I am relatovely active love getting out to gym and or occasional day trips and hikes so will be in and out :)
Potentially people who are neurodivergent or just really understanding and easy going .
I would need some storage space and room to run my own fridge 300 standard litre .
Looking to move asap. No time wasters and good communicators .
