Hi there! I’m Felix,

I’m looking for a short-term room/lease in Brisbane until mid-late July, as I have a confirmed relocation to Perth.

I’m a 22-year-old male with a background in military special forces (including an overseas deployment), so I’m naturally disciplined, deeply respectful of house rules, and highly organized. I also have previous experience living in shared houses in Canada, so I know exactly how to be a considerate, clean flatmate.

Currently, I am working full-time locally, meaning I’ll be out of the house for work most of the time. I am financially stable and can pay the rent/deposit upfront without any issues.

In my free time, I focus heavily on functional strength training and wrestling. I also love music production, which I do strictly on my laptop using headphones, ensuring total quiet and peace for the household.

I don't smoke, don't do drugs, have no pets, and prefer a clean, peaceful environment. If you have a short-term room available for the next few weeks, I’d love to chat or arrange a viewing as soon as possible!
