Hi!
I’m an honours student Monash, and I have a stable part time job with enough savings to comfortably afford rent on time without any hassle.
I’m looking for a place around Clayton so that I can have much easier access to the campus, as I expect to be on campus 9-5 mon-fri. I will most likely be going back to my family’s house over the weekends, as it is much closer to my workplace.
I’m not disruptive, I clean up after myself, and in general I’m low maintenance and don’t take up too much space in a household.
I’m also very friendly and approachable, and able to manage problems calmly and respectfully.
