Jack

Hi, I’m Jack. I’m 33, from London, but I usually live in Belfast (big Irish family). I’m in Sydney now for work and looking to settle in. I have a really good friend group in Sydney but there's only so many sofas I can stay on.

I run my own web design and marketing studio (Waywest Design). I’m reliable, tidy, pay rent on time and I’m easy to live with.

A normal day for me is coffee and work in the morning, gym and a swim in the afternoon, then a bit more work in the evening. I’m social. I go out now and then, and I spend weekends exploring and getting the drone out.

I’m looking for:

- A room in a shared house, studio or apartment
- Eastern Suburbs: Bronte, Coogee, South Coogee, Clovelly, Randwick, Maroubra, Kensington
- Move in: 14 March, can wait up to a week for the right place
- Budget: $500/week, can go up to $600/week for the right setup
