Emily and Mosa

We're a family: mum, dad, 3 year old daughter and 1 year old son. We normally rent in Highgate Hill, with our landlord and neighbour of 7 years. Our landlord is doing major renovations in the apartment we normally live in, which will take about 3 months. He will give us glowing recommendations. We will return to that Highgate Hills apartment after the renovations.

I work full time, permanent Queensland Government employee, with kids in daycare in Woolloongabba. We are looking for a temporary place, that allows us to stay close to our daycare.

We would love and be so grateful for your consideration.

Our general habits:
- Kids wake up about 6am and we are out of the house by 7.30am. On weekdays we go for a coffee on our way to daycare drop off. On weekdays we go to the park.
- We are home about 4.30pm on weekdays and have dinner. We watch tv 6.30-8pm. The baby sleeps from 7.30pm and the toddler sleeps 8.30pm. The adults are then quiet and in bed soon.
- On weekends, kids nap at midday for a couple of hours.
- We will spend most weekends with the grandparents, ie Saturday arvo to Sunday arvo.
