Hi! We’re a friendly, easygoing couple (58 and 43) who have recently moved to the Brisbane area and are looking for a comfortable place to settle in.

We’re quiet, respectful and tidy people who enjoy a relaxed home environment. Our interests include cooking, yoga and game development, so we’re often happy spending time at home working on projects, cooking good food or relaxing.

We’re considerate housemates and like to keep shared spaces clean and comfortable. We’re friendly and easy to get along with, but we also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space.

We have savings and can comfortably cover rent while settling into the area and finding local work. Our budget is around $500 per week and we’re ready to move in straight away.

Ideally we’re looking for a place within about 30 minutes of the CBD, preferably a room with an ensuite or a granny flat. One of us smokes but always does so outside and is mindful of others.
