I’m looking for a calm, supportive place to stay. I’m easygoing, respectful, very clean, and keep to myself, while still being friendly and considerate.

I will be unemployed upon arrival, however I have stable finances to cover rent and expenses. I’m able to return to my previous place of employment in Surfers in June, so my situation is temporary and secure.

I live with epilepsy, which is fully managed. I no longer have seizures, so it doesn’t impact daily life. I also have a legal medicinal cannabis prescription, used responsibly.

I don’t drink alcohol, but I’m completely comfortable with housemates who do. I’m fine with socialising and occasional guests, but not a 24/7 party environment.

I’m also LGBT, so I’m looking for a safe, inclusive home.

I’m very clean and happy to help with household tasks. I enjoy music and writing, and I’m currently developing a tech platform I plan to begin building later this year. I don’t have pets but love them and am happy to live with animals.

I’m reliable with rent, low-maintenance, and happy to chat further.
