🏠 Looking for a room in Brisbane - early August move-in

Hi everyone! 👋

I’m Daniel, 29, and currently living in Tasmania. I’ll be relocating to Brisbane to start a new job and am currently looking for a room to rent, ideally moving in around the 6th or 7th of August.

A little about me:
• Full-time health professional
• Clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces
• Easy-going and friendly
• Active lifestyle - I play sport (footy) and regularly go to the gym as well as running
• Enjoy the beach vibes, coffee and spending time with friends
• Non-smoker

Ideally, I’m not just looking for somewhere to stay, but would love to live with friendly, like-minded people who are open to socialising and potentially becoming mates. I’ll be new to Brisbane, so bonus points if you’re happy to show me around 🙂

📍 Looking around the following suburbs: Chermside, Stafford, Ashgrove, Paddington, Sherwood or surrounding areas with reasonable access to North Brisbane.

🏠 Ideally looking for:
• A clean, comfortable and well-maintained home, apartment, or unit
• A relatively quiet and respectful household
• Furnished bedroom required
• Built-in wardrobe
• Friendly and respectful housemates
• Ideally living with 2-4 people
• Budget between $200-$350 per week including bills
