Hello, my name is Joel I’m 24 and originally from New Zealand I work full-time and have lived in Syndey for 10months. I’m pretty easygoing, tidy, and respectful of space. I’m ideally looking in the Inner West/East, with Surry Hills being a preferred area.

I’m definitely someone who enjoys a social house, whether that’s going out for the odd drink, watching a movie, or just having a good chat after work. I’d love to live with a group around my age who are sociable and easygoing, but I’m also open to older or younger housemates too.
