Hi Everyone, I am looking for a room.

I am a Kiwi Male relocating to the Gold Coast 13 April.
I will be looking for upto 6 Months stay maybe more.
My budget is $450 bills included
I have a Full Time job as a Construction Site Supervisor at Miami Beach area.
I am looking for a furnished room with own ensuite, bathroom private facilities.
I am a non smoker. (never smoked) or other

My ideal location is between
Palm Beach, Burleigh Heads, Burleigh Waters, Miami Beach, Miami Waters, Broad Beach, Broad Beach Waters.

I will be working full time upto 6 days a week
I am looking at ebiking to my work place hence the location
I am a quiet person who enjoys my own space and enjoys a chat.
I am a typical Virgo who is a perfectionist and can be OCD on cleaning (but that's a positive). I am a good cook who loves to cook a good meal.
I am a reliable, professional and considerate person who gets on with everyone.

My wife will be relocating over in 6 Months where we will move into our own rental property.
