Hi,

I am a postgrad student and professor from the Philippines who is set to do a year-long research visit at UWA. I am looking for a place to stay near campus as I expect to be going back and forth for one year.

I am a pretty flexible flat mate, as I have been renting with people my whole life and I've never had problems. I have no preference whatsoever on the type of room (studio, shared, etc.), on the bathroom situation, and on the living conditions my roommates/hosts/landlords will prefer.

I just need the room to be furnished, as I cannot bring anything with me and it would be too expensive to purchase things just for a year stay. I would also just prefer to be able to do laundry on the space. Other than that, I am all good with any conditions.
