Hey, I’m Britta – 35yo professional looking for a private room with own bathroom, ideally within 30-ish minutes of St Lucia. Max rent is $350 - including bills if at the top end. My move date is very flexible. I'm just focused on finding the right place. I do have a car that I would like to at least park off the street if not undercover.

I value a tidy, respectful and calm home life where housemates get along and can have a chat if using the same spaces, but are also considerate of the times where people need their privacy or want to do their own thing.

About me:
• Organised and respectful of shared spaces and belongings.
• Non-smoker
• Social drinker with friends.
• Respectful of other’s lifestyle choices and beliefs.
• No allergies. Open to places with pets as long they’re clean, and well trained (if dogs). Have lived with both cats and dogs before.
• Work full time hours, Mon-Fri. Usually have a rostered day off every 2nd Monday.
• In the evenings I enjoy reading, puzzles (sudokus, crosswords, jigsaw), board games, and a little TV.
• On weekends where I'm not relaxing at home, I like to get out for hikes and/or food catch ups, visit friends and family across the border, and make occasional attempts at baking. (Which I hate to eat on my own!) I've also set myself a goal to get out and explore more of the city this year.
