Hi, I’m James,
I’m originally from the UK and have been living in Australia for around 10 years. My background is in architecture, and I now work full-time as a skilled joiner/carpenter.
I’ve recently moved back to Sydney after spending the past 3 years in Adelaide. I’m currently working full-time and have a stable income.
I have plenty of experience living in shared accommodation and genuinely enjoy living with people from different cultures and backgrounds. I’m easy to get along with, respectful of personal space, and value a calm, clean, and considerate home environment.
I’m 38 years old, tidy, organised, and take pride in keeping shared spaces clean. I’m reliable with rent and household responsibilities, and I communicate openly if anything comes up.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, I play lacrosse, go to the gym, run regularly, and like to keep healthy. I also enjoy painting, drawing, and design when I have time. I enjoy travelling and sharing food, recipes, and experiences with others.
I don’t smoke and drink occasionally in social settings.
Ideally looking for a relaxed, respectful household with like-minded people.
