I’m from Japan, and I’ve started my new life in Sydney. I’m looking for a room that is available for 12months.

I hope bills all included in rent and furnished.

Available from April 5th.
I’m a clean, talkative, non-party and non-smoking person.
I’m easy to get along with people and looking for flatmates I could be friends with.

I would appreciate it if you could offer a room with an en-suite or a private bathroom. A clean and relatively new room would be ideal.
I enjoy cooking and usually cook quite often, so I hope that’s acceptable
