Hi, I’m Kyle. I’m 23 and currently based in Tasmania. I’m a calm and thoughtful person, and I tend to enjoy a quieter, more structured lifestyle.

I spend a lot of my time working on my own projects, relaxing, or spending time with close friends and family. I’m not a big partier and I really value having a home that feels like a place to recharge.

Living Style
I’m clean, respectful, and consistent with shared spaces. I like things to be kept reasonably tidy and I’m happy to contribute to a cleaning routine.

I also value personal space—both mine and others’. I’m alwaise up for a chat here and there, but I’m not someone who needs constant socialising at home.

What I’m Looking For

I’m looking for a calm, respectful household where people are easy to live with and communicate well.

Ideally:

A quieter home (not a party house)
People who are considerate and fairly clean
A place where it’s okay to have your own space and downtime

A structured house (clear expectations around cleaning, bills, etc.) is a big plus.
