Hi, I’m from Taiwan and currently on a working holiday visa. I’ve just completed a three-month English course at Browns Language School, and I’m currently looking for a job. I have sufficient savings to cover the rent, so there’s no need to worry about payments.

I’m a clean, tidy, and responsible person. I don’t smoke, don’t use drugs, and I don’t party or drink excessively. I always respect shared spaces and keep things neat.

In my free time, I enjoy visiting places like Kmart and Target, or just relaxing at home watching Netflix. I’m quite easygoing and enjoy a peaceful living environment.

Back in Taiwan, my family has three dogs and two cats, and I’m one of their main caregivers. However, I don’t have any pets here, so if you have pets, I would be very happy!

At the moment, I’m not planning to buy a car, so I’m hoping to find a place close to public transport, such as a tram or bus stop.

I’m looking for a clean, comfortable place with friendly and respectful housemates. I would love the opportunity to inspect the property. Thank you!
