Hi! I’m Mateo, currently looking for a place within around 30 minutes of the city. Ideally, I’m after a private room, and it would be great to have parking available, either on-site or street parking.

I work in aged care and I’m also studying a Master’s in IT, so I usually keep a good routine between work, study, and my personal time.

I’m a pretty easygoing and respectful person. I like to keep the place clean and tidy and I really enjoy living in a calm and comfortable environment. I’m always mindful of shared spaces and like when everyone does their part to keep the house nice.

In my free time I like going to the gym and staying active, but I’m also quite social. I enjoy having a chat, getting along with housemates, or having a beer every now and then. I think it’s nice to have a friendly vibe at home, while also respecting each other’s space and privacy.

I’m not really into partying, just looking for a relaxed, clean, and positive place to live with good people.
