✨ **Looking for a housemate & potential lease buddy! 🏡**

Hey! I’m looking for **one other person to team up with and find a place to lease together**, ideally somewhere closer to the city to make my new work commute a little easier.

I’m a full-time professional who has recently started a new job closer to the CBD. Outside of work, I’m pretty active and love **going to the gym, Pilates, swimming lessons, catching up with friends, and generally keeping busy**. I’m social and enjoy having a good chat, but I also appreciate having my own downtime.

🏡 **What I’m looking for:**
• Someone friendly, respectful and easygoing
• Clean and tidy — I like a home that feels fresh and looked after, but I’m definitely not expecting perfection!
• Someone who is considerate with shared spaces and happy to keep on top of cleaning
• Ideally someone also looking for a **12-month lease** if we’re the right fit
• Happy to find a place together that suits us both, rather than just moving into someone else’s established home
