I’m moving over to Brisbane for a new chapter. I’m pretty easygoing, respectful, and like to keep a clean and relaxed home environment.

I’m not into party house living anymore, more into a good balance of social and personal space. I enjoy getting out and about, trying new places, staying active, and the occasional drink or dinner, but also value a quiet night in.

I’ll be job hunting when I arrive, and I’ve set myself up accordingly so rent and bills are no issue.

I’m clean and tidy (but not over the top). Respectful of shared spaces. Social but happy to be independent.

What I’m looking for:

A comfortable, good-quality home preferably in the city or as close as possible. Ideally with 1–2 other housemates who are similar to me; friendly, easy to live with and past the early 20s party phase. I enjoy reading and sight seeing and who doesn’t love a good coffee! Biggest weakness is I will never refuse a sweet treat or pint. I love to experience everything and try not to say no to things. I’m respectful of boundaries and ask for it to be reciprocated.

I’m prioritising good housemates, a clean home and a nice area.
