I’m moving over to Perth for a new chapter. I’m pretty easygoing, respectful, and like to keep a clean and relaxed home environment.

I’m not into party house living anymore, more into a good balance of social and personal space. I enjoy getting out and about, trying new places, staying active, and the occasional drink or dinner, but also value a quiet night in.

I’ll be job hunting when I arrive, and I’ve budgeted properly so rent and bills are no issue while I get set up.

I’m clean and tidy (but not over the top). Respectful of shared spaces. Social but happy to be independent.

What I’m looking for:

A comfortable, good-quality home in a nice area, ideally with 1–2 other housemates who are similar to me; friendly, easy to live with and past the early 20s party phase. Somewhere that feels like a home rather than a party house. I enjoy reading and sight seeing and who doesn’t love a good coffee! I love to experience everything and try not to say no to things. I’m respectful of boundaries and ask for it to be reciprocated.

I’m prioritising good housemates, a clean home and a nice area.
