Me and my friend are 24 and 25, we are looking for a sub let or lease takeover long term from September 13th or around that date. We are hard working and like a clean space, we are looking for a furnished place ideally ! Either a one bedroom with two beds or a two bedroom place, we would also house share if there was an opportunity to do so :)
