G'day mate!

We are a clean, easy-going, and respectful married couple moving to Sydney. We’ve recently arrived on Permanent Residency (PR) and are excited to settle into the local community. I am an IT professional (Software/ML Engineering) currently in the process of securing my next role, so I’ll be spending a fair bit of my time focused on career networking and interviews.

Our Lifestyle:
We lead a fairly active and healthy lifestyle. You’ll often find us at the gym in the mornings or looking for a local court for a game of badminton. We aren't big party-goers; we prefer a quiet night in with a good book (big fans of sci-fi and fiction!) or experimenting with new recipes in the air fryer.

What we are like as flatmates:
We’ve lived in shared spaces before and understand the importance of boundaries and cleanliness.

We are:
* Clean & Tidy: We take pride in keeping common areas (especially the kitchen) spotless.
* Respectful: We value personal space and quiet time, but we’re always up for a friendly chat or a coffee.
* Reliable: As PR holders, we are looking for a stable place to call home while we kickstart our Australian chapter.
* Non-smokers with no pets.

What we're looking for:
We are looking for a room (preferably with an ensuite) in a friendly household. We’re happy to chip in on household chores and keep things running smoothly.
