Hi, I'm William :)

I am great to live with because I am a proactive, responsible, organised and polite person.

I am looking for a private room with a shared kitchen and shared bathroom in a clean, well-maintained and peaceful property (a unit or house).

I'd like to live with minimum 2 other people.

I am currently training in hospitality. I hope to do some volunteer work in May, and then apply for jobs in hospitality in June once I have received some more qualifications.

I am motivated by the following features in a share-house:

-Less than 2km walking distance from a train station
-Within 2km walking distance to a park or oval
-A clean kitchen (which I will help to clean)
-A furnished bedroom with a desk, chair, bed and linen supplied please
-Allocated fridge space
-A clean bathroom, with a shower not in a bath (which I will help to clean)
-A washing machine in a separate laundry room, not the bathroom or living room
-A sink in a laundry room so I can hand-rinse socks and jumpers
-Access to a drying rack or clothes-line outside
-WiFi please
-A host who lives on-premises who I will see around
-Long-term guests who I can get to know

-Well-maintained door handles and locks
-Well-maintained light-switches and taps
-Good air quality, ventilation and minimal odours
-A dining table near the kitchen and no one living in the same room as the kitchen
-A modern, large-size microwave on a stable surface without rust

-A written licence agreement with terms explained clearly
-No pets please
-No smokers please

My budget is up to $350 a week for a suitable place, bills not included.
