I am great to live with because I am trustworthy, I clean up after myself, I am respectful, polite, I follow routines and make little noise.

I went through Melbourne Grammar School and 4 years of Melbourne Uni.

I am looking forward to entering the workforce in May 2026.
I would like to secure around 6 months of rent.

I have a personal reference signed by the headmaster of Melbourne Grammar School.

In my spare time I like running around at parks, listening/dancing to music (with headphones) and I am also a little bit social and like chatting sometimes :)

My goal is to rent a private bedroom, with a shared bathroom and shared kitchen with up to 3 other people, with a budget of less than $300 per week + bills, with a move-in date of 30th of May 2026.

Considerations: Age (flexible), personality match: respectful, and a bit quiet. Flexible about furnishings.

Non-negotiables: No pets please, no smokers/vapes, no recreational substances, no parties at home. Must respect boundaries please. :)
