Hey guys,

I’m Xavier (Xav)

I’m 23, living and studying in Brisbane for the next 18 months,
I work full time and studying full time also so busy a lot of the time,

On my days where I choose to procrastinate study you will find me spending too much money to play nice golf courses around Brissy.

I am originally from Perth, however I have travelled 2 years in Canada living in share-houses so I’m well aware of how to live with others,

I work late nights so I need somewhere that won’t mind me coming back late some nights,

I’m after a house that feels like I’m living with friends rather than just random people, that’s the biggest thing for me.

I’d prefer a private bathroom but with my budget I can’t imagine I’ll get too far with that preference.

My budget is around $300 per week

Ideal location being Southbank, highgate hill, south Brisbane, west end…

I work in Southbank and study in St Lucia so anywhere near those 2 would be great as I don’t have wheels!

I also have a mate Lily (21) who will be studying and working too,
