🍀 Experienced flatmate :
I have shared houses/flats in Europe, Singapore and South Korea. I prefer to have a tidy and clean environment so that everyone can take a full rest at home. Always open to communication but also I know pre-conversations are helpful😊 I always paid rents and bonds on time

🍀 Non smoker, drinker, party lover. But love small chats, watching youtube videos, learning foreign languages and jogging!🏃‍♀️ It's not a big problem for me if people cannot bring their guests over!

🍀 I came to Queensland to have my working holiday but with a serious and respectful mindset. I can drive, so I'm considering to have a mobile but parking lots are not needed yet.

🍊 I prefer to stay with female tenants but as long as they are respectful and clean I dont mind staying with male tenants too(Not all male tenants house tho)

🍊 Location :
Preferrably almost all towns in Brisbane but ✨️somewhere with good location for public transportation commuter for now✨️ - CBD, New farm, Bulimba, MorningSide, Hamilton, West End, South Brisbane, Woolloongaba, Sunnybank hills etc...

🍊 Preferrably Private room with a desk, chair and lock on the bedroom door :
Sharing one bathroom is fine but I dont prefer sharing one bathroom with too many people🥲

🍊 For privacy and safety, if there's an individual lock on the bedroom so that I can lock it up while I'm out, it's better💛
