Hi, I'm Eden. I'm looking for a room preferrably in Greenslopes/Paddington/Annerly/Chermside/Holland Park/Indooroopilly/Stones Corner/Tarragindi/Toowong/Upper Mount gravatt/West end/Woolloongaba ( Basically all towns 30 min away from CBD)

🍀 Experienced house mate : Have multiple experiences in rentals, shared houses, shared flats in different countries. (When I gave a notice to my current landlord, he complimented me a lot. I have peaceful relationships with the thouse mates and landlord)
🍀 No pets/ Non smoker or heavy drinker/No party animal.
🍀 Hobby : Learning foreign languages, going to the theaters/cinema/parks/library, Listening to music and Cooking.

🍊 A Private room with a locakble bedroom door with separate key(I don't do weird or dangerous things but just want to keep my safety iykyk), a desk and a chair

🍊 Staying with female tenants might feel more comfortable, but as long as people are tidy and respectful, I don't really mind male tenants(Don't prefer to be the only female tenant tho)
