Hi all! Alyssa Cheah here from Malaysia. I'm looking for accommodation nearby Queensland Children's Hospital/Mater Hospital, preferably below 1.5km walking distance, starting from around 27th June, duration for up to 1 year. Looking at Southbank, Woolloongabba, West End, Kangaroo Point, Dutton Park and nearby suburbs.

Prefer modern newer apartment units, and convenience of nearby supermarkets as I am relying on public transport. Would be a bonus if there is views of the river or park or nature. Budget AUD350-450/wk for rooms (must have ensuite/own bathroom!), or up to AUD550/wk if own studio/1 bedroom apartment. Prefer fully furnished.

A little bit about myself- I'm 40, and will be commencing professional full time work (doctor in subspeciality training) in Queensland Children Hospital for 1 year. I'm easy going, tidy, cheerful and loves a little adventure exploring new places/experiences. I don't smoke, have no pets, and respect boundaries/privacy and will take care of rental property. I am currently in Malaysia, and plan to shift in immediately upon arrival to australia at last week of June, hence arrangements/inspection would be via online. I'm able to provide necessary documents for the rental if requires.
