Hello, Im Jake, 26 years old, from New Zealand, just moved to Perth and working full-time as a carpenter. Seeking accommodation in what is apparently a dire rental market. I’ve lived in share houses since I’ve left school so I’ve lived with various people of different backgrounds. I know how to get a long with others in a share houses situation, which means I’m tidy and respectful of other people. I can provide references and I’m happy to meet in person to see if I’m a good fit for you. On weekends I enjoy being outside, staying active and socialising .
