Hi, I'm Elis. Icelandic/Swedish, been in Sydney for almost 5 years and currently awaiting my PR. I work in strategy for a university, hybrid with 2-3 days in the office. Enjoy the common mix of being social and having some me-time. Various hobbies. My current lease ends on 28 June, but I could potentially get out as early as end of May.
Optimally looking to have 1, max 2 housemates. The bedroom should be large enough to fit a workstation and there should be a private bathroom. Good easy-going person/people, tidy, friendly, and up for the occasional social interaction. Age is just a number, but probably somewhere between late 20s and mid 40s. Preference for guys, sexuality doesn't matter. Animal lover, so pets aren't an issue. I'm very open and wouldn't want to put too many restrictions in this space - it's usually more up to personalities and how well we connect.
