About me:
Hey! My name is Sam I’m 24, working full-time as a carpenter, and currently looking for a new place around Sydney.
I’m pretty active — I’m into the gym, getting outdoors, and exploring new spots around the city. During the week I’m usually up early for work, so things are fairly chilled, but I like to make the most of weekends.
I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful to live with. Always up for a chat, a drink, or doing something social, but also understand the need for personal space.
What I’m looking for:
I’d love to find a house with people around a similar age who are keen to be social — not just housemates, but people who are up for hanging out, going for a few drinks on the weekends, or doing things together now and then.
Ideally a place that has a fun, friendly vibe but is still relaxed during the week. Clean and respectful is important, but nothing over the top.
I’m open on location and looking to move around the end of may. Budget is around 500 dollars but flexible for the right place.
