I've been in the health, fitness & nutrition industry for the past 20+ yrs.
Much to say I like to keep a healthy, fit lifestyle. Going to the gym, running, walking along the coast most mornings &/or afternoons.
So no smoking or vaping for this guy.
I'm an early riser to catch the sunrise over the ocean. Usually in bed by 9-10pm.
I keep a busy schedule between personal training, mentoring & coaching one on one.
So I'm out a lot, mainly home to eat, sleep & relax & recharge before I'm out again.
