Study online part-time.
I have most of the essential furniture but happy for more/different

Pets are 2 guinea pigs and 2 rabbits (very CUTE!)
Rabbits toilet trained, guinea pigs are enclosed. They are indoor pets. Whilst you'd be welcome to interact and enjoy my pets, they are purely my responsibility and I've been caring for them for years and am very passionate about them.

House:
Looking for 2-4 bedroom with a bit of grass.
Brunswick, Coburg, Preston, Thornbury, Northcote, Heidelberg, Ivanhoe, Reservoir. (And surrounds)
My budget would be max $400pw.

You:
Similar age, femmes preferred but not essential
Pets ok. pending meeting with mine
Looking for a calm relaxing home
Communicative and open minded
Vegetarian or vegan preferred but not a deal breaker
