Hi I'm Ben, 45 years old, l am currently looking for a new place as lease expiring on current place. My partner and I are choosing to live separately but stay together, so she will be a regular visitor. Not a late night party sort of person, I rarely drink and don't smoke. I like to cook and clean up after myself and generally keep the place nice and tidy. I work in Payroll administration and was made redundant. I recently worked in a factory, but looking for a new role.
