Past housemates have stated I am good value to a household, easy going and respectful of space. I always ensure I tidy up after myself and respect peoples private space.
Happy to socialize as well as have a quiet household in general and simply go with however the dynamics are between these two.
My only hope is there is no abuse, aggression etc and loud alcohol related party nights etc in the home. I like to have a home that feels safe and secure.
