Hello! I'm Kate, 33, recently moved from NZ.

I’m ideally looking for a room with an ensuite or own bathroom in a shared flat with one or two other flatmates. I’d love a place that feels calm and relaxed, where people are up for the occasional chat, laugh, movie or takeaway night, but we also respect each other’s space and downtime.

I’m easy-going, clean, tidy, considerate and reliable. I WFH at the moment in the legal sector, mostly email management from a laptop so no office set-up required.

Outside of work you’ll usually find me exploring new spots around the city, catching up with friends for dinner, or seeking out a new favorite coffee spot. After work I like to cozy up with a book or unwind with some good (or trashy) tv.
