Hi I’m Janelle P,

I’m a 45 year old single LGBTIQ+ 🏳️‍🌈 woman seeking a stable and secure home base in a good location around Melbourne.

I’m an Australian citizen and have lived in Melbourne for 26 years.

I have a perfect rental history and am an experienced co-tenant and renter. Reliable, clean, responsible to always pay rent on time in advance. I’m easy going, enjoy my own space and I also love engaging with others in conversations about almost anything and sharing experiences, like a show or movie, game, good meal, drink or glass of wine or two in the evening. I love Chai lattes and drink them like most drink coffee every morning. I have many interests and get along with diverse backgrounds and ages are relative. I get along with both mature minded younger people to those who are senior year co tenants.

I do smoke / vape but prefer to share with others who do it mostly outside. I only smoke outside but it’s not a dealbreaker if others smoke inside.

I am extremely non judgmental, creatively understanding and engaging open minded person. However, I am not wanting to share with hard illegal drug users or active problem alcoholics/ addicts. I need sleep and not all night rave parties every night as I’m hoping to return to work/ study and travel in the near future and finding a great place as a base to do so is from is what I’m looking for.

I am Child free and currently pet free. (If you have pets 🐾 I used to operate a cat hotel and adore pets of all kinds). I simply come with an indoor pot plant 🪴at this time.

I am also a wheelchair ♿️ user so I’m not able to do staircases. Lifts and no and/or minimal steps are ideal. (I have a portable ramp to attend inspections).

I am currently on the Disability Support Pension as my disability limited me to not sustain tenure as a mental health carer for my friend. I have a strong background in business, customer and community sector services. I’m debt free and have no criminal record. I prefer to live with adults with no small children and ideally you are seeking single tenants. No violent unstable humans with incompatible prejudice towards women, disabled, and lgbtiqa+ 🏳️‍🌈 people and communities please.

I am open to answer anything else that you’d like to know about me or my disability and I can move in and pay rent/bond as soon as possible. Prefer partly or an unfurnished room is ideal and a bonus with decent storage if it’s fully furnished.
