I'm a 23 year old male studying Bachelor of Business at Murdoch University. I'm clean, responsible, and easy to live with. I respect shared spaces, clean up after myself, and like keeping places tidy and comfortable for everyone.

I'm fairly quiet and focused most of the time due to study and work commitments, but i'm also friendly, approachable, and happy to have a chat or hangout occassionally. I value a relaxed, respectful environment where everyone is considerate of each other's space and routines.

I don't smoke, I'm reliable with rent and bills, and looking for a place with people who are similarly clean, respectful, and easy going.
