Hi!

My name is Nailu, and I’m currently looking for a room to rent. I’m an international student from Peru and have been living in Australia for the past three years while studying business.

I work two jobs and study full-time, so I’m usually either out, working, or focused on assignments when I’m home. I’m very respectful, clean, and easy to live with. One of my jobs is cleaning, so I naturally like to keep the house tidy and well-maintained.

I speak both English and Spanish, rarely have guests over, and generally keep to myself as I have a pretty busy lifestyle. I also enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and going to church on Sundays.

I don’t have any pets and would love the opportunity to find a nice place to live.
